Build and strengthen client relationships through regular reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly), proactive engagement, and quick resolution of escalations. Analyse client data and feedback to improve adoption, experience, and product strategy, while acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams. Drive product penetration and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and deepen partnerships. Execute client engagement and retention plans to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Expertise & Qualifications Prior experience in Insurance/Broking/TPA ismandatory. Strong understanding of client servicing and customer delight principles. 1–3 yearsof experience in sales/key account management/relationship management or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, present and influence effectively. Strong negotiation skills with consistent follow-through with clients and vendors. Proven record of delivering client solutions and achieving business goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
