Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads across multiple markets.
  • Develop creative, high-converting ad copy and visuals with freedom to test and iterate.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROAS and lower CPA.
  • Analyze data, produce actionable insights, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and analytics teams to ensure aligned messaging and results.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and competitive strategies.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA).
  • Proven track record in creative testing and A/B optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
