The Role

We seek an experienced performance marketing professional to join our growth team. To succeed, you must have excellent digital marketing skills and be able to think creatively. Your key responsibilities will include managing meta ads & Google ads for performance marketing, creating and optimizing campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize ROAS, innovating new campaign ideas, and working with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize meta ads & Google ads for maximum ROI
  • Create and execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels to maximize returns
  • Develop innovative campaign ideas and share them with the team
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create best-in-class marketing campaigns
  • Track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights
Requirements
  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively
  • Managed marketing budgets of 30 lakhs or more
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Experience with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences
