The Quality Lead for Design is responsible for ensuring all design outputs meet the highest quality standards. This role involves implementing quality control measures and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and company standards.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality of all graphic design deliverables from conception to completion. Ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with client specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and standards for graphic design projects. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with designers, art directors, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance. Facilitate design reviews and suggest improvements to enhance overall design quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Ensure that all designs meet or exceed client requirements and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Identify areas for improvement in design processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.


The ideal candidate must:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a quality lead role overseeing design projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
