We're on a mission to make plant-based living accessible and aspirational — with products that are better for people and the planet.As we scale our presence across India, we're looking for a Growth Manager to help unlock the next phase of digital and omnichannel growth.Role OverviewAs Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing growth initiatives across all customer touchpoints — with a strong focus on digital performance, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify growth levers, run experiments, optimise performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities- Own growth KPIs across paid marketing, website conversions, new user acquisition, and revenue growth. - Develop and implement full-funnel growth strategies across D2C (Shopify), marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. - Work closely with the performance marketing team to plan, optimise and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels. - Lead website CRO efforts — using tools like Hotjar, GA4, and A/B testing platforms to improve conversion rates and user experience. - Plan and execute growth experiments across channels and customer journeys — from ad creatives and landing pages to retention flows. - Collaborate with retention, content, and brand teams to ensure seamless cross-channel messaging and engagement. - Monitor and analyse growth metrics, reporting on ROI, LTV:CAC, churn, and cohort behaviour to inform decision-making. - Explore and test new growth channels (affiliates, influencer collabs, partnerships, SEO, UGC, etc.) - Identify bottlenecks in the user journey and propose data-backed improvements.Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance roles — preferably in a high-growth D2C brand or startup. - Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, analytics, and performance metrics. - Hands-on experience with growth tools — GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, WebEngage (or similar), etc. - Experience running growth experiments and analysing results using a test-and-learn approach. - Comfortable working with data and drawing insights to make strategic decisions. - Strong project management and communication skills — ability to work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and ops teams. - Passion for consumer brands, wellness, and/or sustainability is a plus.What We Offer- An opportunity to work with one of India’s leading plant-based brands at the forefront of clean nutrition. - A fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas have real impact. - Ownership, autonomy, and room to experiment.
