Head of Delivery - Academics


Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat


Purpose:

The Head of Delivery - Academics is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of academic programs and courses within the Skill and Education industry. This position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in both corporate and academic settings to drive the growth and excellence of the academic department. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational offerings and ensuring high-quality delivery that aligns with Adani's commitment to innovation and excellence.


Experience:

Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in the Skill and Education industry

Demonstrated track record of successful leadership in both corporate and academic environments

Proven experience in developing and implementing educational strategies and programs


Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the academic delivery team, ensuring the effective implementation of educational programs

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify industry trends, skill gaps, and learning needs to develop relevant and impactful academic offerings

Oversee the design and delivery of academic programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Adani's educational vision

Lead the development and maintenance of a high-quality academic curriculum, including the integration of cutting-edge teaching methodologies and technologies

Establish and maintain strong relationships with academic partners, industry experts, and professional associations to enhance program quality and relevance

Implement robust assessment and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness and impact of educational programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives

Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to academic delivery staff, fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and excellence

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, educational regulations, and quality assurance benchmarks

Contribute to the development of a cohesive and inclusive academic community that reflects Adani's values of diversity, equity, and excellence

Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the education and skill development landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation


Education Qualification:

Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field

Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline preferred


Certification Required:

Certification in Educational Leadership or Management

Additional certifications in pedagogy, curriculum development, or education technology are advantageous
