Operations & Delivery Head:


- As the Operations Head, you will oversee the daily operations and long-term planning of our IT company, ensuring efficient processes, high productivity, and quality standards.

- This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of IT project management, client relations, and operational performance optimization.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our projects, manage budgets, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives.

- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

- Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to ensure optimal use of resources across all projects.

- Maintain accountability for operational costs and financial goals.

- Project Management Oversight: Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance.

- Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle.

- Quality and Process Improvement: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.

- Continuously review and enhance processes to ensure the highest quality in service delivery.

- Client Relations: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services.

- Address and resolve escalated client issues.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs, project metrics, and performance data to make data-driven decisions.

- Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications & Skills:


- Proven track record in leading and scaling operational teams, managing projects, and driving process improvements.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP software.

- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
