Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in architecture, particularly in the realm of residential luxury villas. This role focuses strictly on architectural expertise and does not encompass interior design.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Leadership:Spearhead architectural design, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.2. Feasibility Analysis:Collaborate with the land acquisition team to evaluate project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.3. Stakeholder Coordination:Engage with sales teams, project managers, and consultants to synchronize project timelines and space programs effectively.4.
