The consultant will play a critical role in leading workshops with business stakeholders, configuring Workday Financials, and managing end-to-end data conversion activities. This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on configuration skills.Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as aWorkday Finance Functional Consultant . Strong configuration experience in at least2–3 core Workday Finance modules . Proven expertise indata conversion and reconciliationfor Workday Finance. Demonstrated ability tolead client workshops and design sessions . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred Qualifications Workday Finance certification(s). Experience withfull lifecycle Workday Finance implementations . Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) for financial data. Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, or prior accounting/finance background. Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
