Notice period : 15 - 20 days or immediate

Core Skills Required :

1. Bachelor or Master Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience for Junior Project Manager in the area of project management within professional services

2. Experience of working with Financial/Insurance sector is mandatory

3. Knowledge of P&C Insurance is a must have

4. Excellent Communication skills / Stakeholder management

5. Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall

6. Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve

problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

7. Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.

8. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

9. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

10. Knowledge of MS Project & PMP certification is an added bonus

11. Good knowledge of Agile and related skills, User stories, Scrum framework

12. Experience working in TCS-BaNCS - must

13. Knowledge of HP PPM/ Jira/ MS Teams is an added advantage

14. Experience with data visualization tools

15. The above activity requires presence of on-site resources on full time basis at office.

Responsibilities :

- Perform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management

- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

- Define and/or execute RAID processes; Track and highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings; Create risk dashboards

- Perform change management through the lifecycle of the project program.

- Generate and publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders.

- Support analysis of the data & metrics from programs/projects and generate reports.

- Track and Report benefit realization Planned Vs Actual during the course of the project and after closing the project.

- Interface and communicate with program/project team, management and all stakeholders.

- Advise the Project Sponsor of project progress and any deviations from plan, recommend corrective action.

- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.

- Develop and deliver proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including project, team, sponsors, key stakeholders as the center of PMO Project Management Group.

- Work within defined governance processes.

- Conduct project performance reviews and contribute to project performance feedback.

- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and practice team.

- Manages the Steering Group / Committee, keeping them informed of progress, risks and issues.

- Managing and tracking the financial spend of the projects and ensuring that benefits agreed are still on track to be delivered.

- Liaises with other projects across the organization for the management of dependencies
