Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager with a background in the social sector or CSR to lead, manage, and expand our social impact projects. The ideal candidate will have an education in the social sector or an MBA with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in CSR project management. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of CSR practices and social sector dynamics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and impact objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale high-impact social sector initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with CSR stakeholders, corporate partners, government agencies, and NGOs to expand the organization's reach.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for corporate engagement and fundraising.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure the effective utilization of resources, compliance with regulations, and timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Conduct needs assessments, impact evaluations, and prepare comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at forums, conferences, and events to advocate for social change and drive partnerships

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, or an MBA with a specialization in CSR or Development Studies.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR project management, particularly in the social sector.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of CSR frameworks, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Project management, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
  • Skilled in data analysis and impact measurement for social initiatives.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
