Job Title: Senior RPA Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Project Manager to join our team at T D Newton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with various stakeholders to achieve project success, and handling a team of developers, designers, keyers, and BAs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess RPA opportunities considering the interplay of multiple factors to arrive at a Go/No-Go decision
* Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents and data extraction from printed and handwritten documents using Hyper Science or other OCR tools
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the Opportunity Management team, senior management, and stakeholders
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
* Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track project milestones and deliverables
* Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

Requirements:

* Minimum 7-10 years of Project Management experience with IT projects/RPA projects/RPA platforms
* Sound knowledge of RPA/RPA platforms and its usage in Insurance and for Process Optimization
* A track record in the successful delivery and support of Hyper Science automations or other OCR technologies
* Good understanding of Agile, SAFe, Scrum Project Management practices and ability to drive projects using these practices
* Cross-team/multiple team coordination skills required to interact with multiple stakeholders, project participants to achieve project success
* Strong communication skills - written and oral. Role requires drafting various reports and periodic email communication with stakeholders
* Ability to address and resolve project challenges/risks in an effective and timely manner to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
* Knowledge of Jira/Kanban Boards, Project reporting methods required
