As the Senior Campaign Specialist for the GBS MKTG Process, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns on Salesforce Sales Cloud Environment . You will be managing projects from concept to delivery. You will ensure smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various marketing functions to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve driving creative solutions and high-quality output. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the marketing team. You will be interacting with the team who are present in various locations. Exposure to advanced data management tools is a definite plus. Competency Description CRM tools Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud(most preferred),Data Loader tools or Similar Enterprise CRM tools Leadership: Provides guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential. Creative Vision: Demonstrates a strong sense of creative direction, ensuring that campaigns are visually compelling and aligned with client objectives. Project Management: Oversees all aspects of project execution, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Technical Expertise: Utilizes advanced technical skills in digital marketing tools to create complex and effective campaigns. Client Interaction: Confidently engages with clients, providing recommendations and guiding them through the campaign process. Collaboration: Works effectively with designers, copywriters, project managers, and business stakeholders to achieve campaign goals. Quality Assurance: Maintains a high standard of campaign execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seeks ways to improve campaign processes and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
