Snapmint - Senior Campaign Manager

About the role:As a campaign manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and support our business objectives. You will be responsible for the overall campaign management, including market research, target audience segmentation, content development and execution, digital marketing campaign performance and tactical recommendations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms including email, WhatsApp, SMS, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads etc.- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals, customer insights, and market opportunities, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints- Mentor junior campaign executives and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging- Oversee campaign performance analytics and reporting, identifying key trends and insights to optimize performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI- Identify key customer cohorts and devise campaign strategies accordingly- Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and creatives across all campaign channels- Drive marketing technology adoption and process improvements, identifying opportunities for automation, personalization, and scalability- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to proactively identify new opportunities and inform campaign strategies- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all campaign activities- Report regularly to senior leadership on campaign performance, key wins, challenges, and strategic Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management- High proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.)- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly present strategy, performance, and insights- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability, grounded in data and ROI-focused planning- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment (ref:iimjobs.com)
