Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to influence organisation-wide financial strategy within a fast-paced, publicly listed consumer-tech environment.Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with organisational and CFO priorities.- Deliver deep financial analysis, business insights, and scenario modelling to support strategic and board-level decisions.- Drive monthly/quarterly performance reviews by analysing revenue drivers, margins, variances, and key operating metrics.- Partner with business, product, and operations teams to optimise spend, strengthen unit economics, and improve profitability.- Enhance financial governance through improved reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven planning processes.Skills & Qualifications:- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance.- Mandatory experience working with a listed company and understanding public-company reporting standards.- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Whats on Offer- High-impact role working directly with the CFO.- Opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing listed consumer-tech organisation.- Strong visibility across leadership with significant ownership.
