- Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to prioritize product enhancements and new feature developments based on market demands and customer feedback.

- Lead presales activities, including product demonstrations, solution workshops, and client engagements to showcase Newgen's CLOS capabilities and value proposition.

- Work closely with solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment of solutions with customer requirements and industry standards.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, validate product features, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize product usability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

- Serve as a domain expert internally and externally, representing Newgen at industry events, conferences, and forums.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a premium institution in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in Product Management within the Commercial Loan Origination System (CLOS) domain, preferably with exposure to fintech or financial services software solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of commercial lending processes, loan origination systems (LOS), and related technologies.

- Track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, in an Agile environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

- Experience in solutioning and engaging with clients in a presales capacity is advantageous.
