The ideal candidate possesses deep ServiceNow expertise, strong JavaScript skills, and DevOps proficiency, enabling both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Responsibilities include leading solution development, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring developers in best practices, conducting code reviews, driving DevOps adoption (CI/CD, automated testing), overseeing integrations, ensuring compliance, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of scalable ServiceNow applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements and architecture. - Mentor development teams in clean code, design patterns, and secure coding. - Perform code reviews for quality and consistency. - Drive DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines). - Oversee ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems. - Ensure performance, security, and compliance. - Stay updated on emerging technologies.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead role. - Proven ServiceNow development experience (Workflows, Catalogues, IntegrationHub, CMDB, App Engine). - Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting API knowledge. - Solid understanding of DevOps principles (Docker, CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code). - Experience in software design, architecture, and leading teams. - Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services). - Expertise in architectural models: domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven, and micro-frontend. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM). - Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
