Your Will Be's :


- We seek a skilled Senior Software Developer proficient in Node.js with over 3 years of hands-on experience.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Structures (DS) and Algorithms, robust system design capabilities, and a deep understanding of design patterns.


- Knowledge of AWS services, Git version control, and proficiency in Jira for project management are essential.


- This role requires the ability to mentor and lead one or two junior developers and familiarity with startup environments is highly advantageous.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications primarily using Node.js.

- Utilize a strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms to optimize application performance.

- Architect scalable and resilient systems leveraging best practices in system design.

- Implement and adhere to design patterns to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within agile methodologies.

- Lead, mentor, and coach junior software developers to foster their career growth and technical skills.

- Participate in code reviews, identify areas of improvement, and advocate for best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions promptly.

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

The Ideal "Noisemaker" :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development using Node.js.

- Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Expertise in system design and scalable architecture patterns.

- Solid understanding and application of software design patterns.

- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, RedisCache, Cloudfront, etc.) and cloud-based architectures.

- Proficiency with Git version control and agile project management tools like Jira.

- Proven track record of leading and mentoring junior team members.

- Prior experience in a startup environment preferred.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
