Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a proactive marketing strategy to achieve brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Maintain business performance through tools like market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer feedback.
  • Liaise with external agencies to execute initiatives that meet brand requirements.
  • Create operational plans tailored to the brand's life cycle to maximize returns for Alkem.
  • Apply marketing principles and the NP4 process to deliver results aligned with customer expectations.
  • Understand market trends and develop customer insights using relevant techniques and tools.
  • Lead and support a team to achieve shared goals, while effectively managing external agencies to meet team objectives.
  • Serve as the brand champion, fostering enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and partners.

Educational Qualification: MBA

Experience (in years): Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Oncology therapy within the Pharma Industry.
