As a Trainer, you will be essential in the facilitation and delivery of T&D activity across our Client Servicing teams. You will report into the T&D Lead.

Your role in the Team
The T&D team are responsible for the creation, management and delivery of all training and developmental activity across Client Servicing teams. This includes the major training milestones of; onboarding, APT & TET.
Reporting into the T&D Lead, you’ll play a fundamental role in creating, designing and delivering T&D activity, including the admin elements of the role. You’ll be a representative of the T&D department and will attend meetings, engage stakeholders and prepare presentations/reports accordingly.
What you’ll do
Deliver training sessions on onboarding, APT and more.
Scope out new trainings with stakeholder collaboration.
Create new training materials.
Manage the LMS and other admin tasks.
Represent T&D in meetings (like CMOM), which can include the need to create reports.
Generally support the T&D Lead.

What you’ll need for this role
Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
Self-motivation and organization – the ability to manage your own time and task list effectively.
Strong IG product and process knowledge.
Solid network across Client Servicing teams.
Substantial experience delivering trainings.
