Role Overview : We are seeking a Reporting Analyst for reporting and automation of segmentation, targeting, and campaign channel analytics.This role will play a critical part in supporting marketing strategy and campaign operations across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.You will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, dashboards, and process automation using tools like AWS Redshift, SQL, and Tableau.Key Responsibilities : - Develop automated dashboards and reports for marketing performance across channels (Email, SMS, Push).- Design and maintain user segmentation logic for targeting and personalization.- Collaborate with campaign and CRM teams to evaluate segmentation effectiveness and channel performance.- Automate recurring reports and streamline data pulls using SQL and Redshift.- Ensure accurate data delivery and monitoring through ETL pipelines and QA checks.- Support A/B testing frameworks and campaign performance diagnostics.- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion, opt-out, and retention rates.Skills & Tools : - Advanced SQL (Redshift/PostgreSQL preferred).- Expertise in Tableau (dashboarding, storytelling, drill-down analysis).- Experience with customer segmentation and marketing attribution modeling.- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (Redshift, S3, Lambda) is a strong plus.- Python or any scripting language for data automation is a bonus.- Understanding of martech tools and campaign platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MoEngage, CleverTap) is desirable (ref:hirist.tech)
