Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Ads, and other paid media platforms. Prior experience in a marketing agency is preferred. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns to achieve high ROI for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Ad Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Performance Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROI.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ad Copywriting & A/B Testing: Create compelling ad creatives, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for better CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates.
  • Budget & Bid Optimization: Manage media budgets, bidding strategies, and daily performance tracking to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and monitor Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Multi-Platform Marketing: Work with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with SEO, content marketing, and organic social media efforts.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Expertise in PPC advertising, bid management, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience in performance reporting, ROI analysis, and budget forecasting.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
