Job Title: International Sales Executive – U.S. Healthcare (RCM) Location:Chennai Shift Timing:3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (U.S. & U.K. Shift)About the Role We are seeking a highly drivenOutbound Sales Executivewith prior experience inU.S. Healthcareand strongRevenue Cycle Management (RCM) exposure . The ideal candidate will be confident in makingcold callsto U.S. and U.K. healthcare clients, generating qualified leads, and closing deals. This is a target-oriented role suited for individuals who thrive in international sales environments.Key Responsibilities Identify and engagenew business opportunitiesfor RCM services within the healthcare industry. Develop and execute strategies toachieve and exceed sales targets . Conductoutbound cold calls, emails, and follow-upswith U.S. & U.K. healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Present, promote, and sellRCM servicesto prospective clients through virtual meetings, calls, and industry events. Build and maintain arobust sales pipelineby researching prospective customers and generating new leads. Understand customer requirements andpropose tailored solutionsthat address their business needs. Manage theend-to-end sales cyclefrom initial contact through contract closure. Stay updated onmarket trends, competitors, and industry developments . Collaborate internally withpre-sales, operations, and delivery teamsto ensure a smooth client experience. Document all sales activities in CRM and provideweekly/monthly reportsto management.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 3–5 yearsof proven B2B sales experience, with strong focus onU.S. Healthcare / RCM services . Demonstrated success incold calling, lead generation, and closing dealswith international clients. Strong understanding ofRCM processes(Medical Billing, Coding, AR, Denials, Collections). Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skillswith a neutral/U.S. accent preferred. Ability to work independently, handle targets, and build long-term client relationships. Proficiency inCRM softwareand MS Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience sellingmedical billing, RCM, or healthcare outsourcing services . Familiarity withU.S. healthcare regulations and standards . Knowledge of theU.S. & U.K. healthcare ecosystem .
