Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in creating comprehensive media strategies and campaign plans for Google, Meta, and .

·      Support in building media plans for potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

·      Oversee and monitor ongoing campaigns for existing clients, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks.

·      Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, ROAS, and conversion rates.

·      Extract, analyze, and interpret key performance data to generate actionable insights for clients.

·      Share performance reports with clients, highlighting optimization opportunities.

·      Review current processes in the paid media department and identify areas for improvement.

·      Suggest and help implement new processes to enhance campaign execution and efficiency.

·      Participate in fortnightly and monthly performance reviews with internal teams and clients.

·      Provide recommendations to enhance campaign performance, budget allocation, and audience targeting.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Campaign Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data-driven marketing reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
