About the role :

SaveLIFE Foundation is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks and a solid foundation in frontend development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, performant, and user-centric web applications that contribute to our life- saving mission. While this is a full-stack role, there will be a greater emphasis on frontend architecture, design systems, and UI/UX implementation.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)

- Build responsive, accessible, and reusable frontend components

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into interactive web interfaces

- Work on backend services using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks (as required)

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across devices and browsers

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and Experience :

- Bachelors in engineering from a recognized university

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack or Frontend Developer

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and one or more modern frontend frameworks

- React.js (preferred), Angular

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS)

- Experience with frontend tooling : Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.

- Familiarity with state management (Redux, etc.)

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

- Basic experience with backend development using Node.js / Express

- Working knowledge of Git and version control practices

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright

Personal Characteristics :

- Experience with TypeScript

- Familiarity with micro frontends or component-based design systems

- Exposure to design tools like Figma or Adobe XD

- Knowledge of server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD tools
