  • Designing & implementing the long-term leadership Development programs in line with Vision, Strategy & Succession planning.
  • Creating LDP program management plan in minute details. Starting from involvement in design, coordination with leaders across hierarchy and external consultants.
  • Experience of Assessment & development Centers. Psychometric Testing
  • Managing Digital L&D landscape including Webinars, Virtual programs, e-learning, Mobile learning & LXP
  • Design & Implement Leadership development plans across hierarchy aligned with Vision for Voltas, Business Strategy, Succession plans, PMS and Talent strategy
  • Initiate, coordinate and manage Leadership development initiatives across levels and businesses
  • Collaborate with Business leaders, participants, HRBP and Consultants to manage overall delivery of initiatives.
  • Promote Voltas Virtual campus that includes LXP system, Mobile learning platform, Self-paced virtual programs, e-learning system and programs in organization for blended learning
  • Measurement of effectiveness of programs at 4 or 5 levels


Education Qualification:

POST-GRADUATE (HR / L&D qualification preferred)


Experience Required:

  • 12 - 18 YEARS in Learning & development function including Leadership Assessment & development, Talent management, and Digital Learning solutions
  • Understanding of T&D and Leadership theory § Digital & IT Savvy
  • Meticulous & detailed planning ability
  • Process, outcomes and timelines focus
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Program and event management ability
  • Ready for travel across India and GCC region
