
Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities :
- Provide technical and product support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems.
- Develop scripts and automation tools using Python or JavaScript/Node.js to streamline support workflows.
- Assist customers in implementing REST APIs, webhooks, and integration solutions.
- Leverage automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) and custom APIs for workflow optimization.
- Support and document integrations involving OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, or similar platforms.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers and internal teams.
- Act as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, providing feedback to enhance product usability and :
- 2+ years of experience in product support, technical support, or developer support roles.- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for automation and scripting tasks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or custom-built API workflows.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, LangChain, or Pinecone is highly desirable.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and documentation.
