Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director of Client Services. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and manage key accounts of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing team management, and utilising analytical skills to drive business success. The role will be based in Mumbai and will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation and execution of marketing solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the marketing/events industry is a plus
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of Experience in Event Industry
