About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Associate to drive growth and expand our client base. Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients, analyze industry trends, and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Lead Generation Innovation: Develop and implement creative and effective lead generation strategies across various channels.
  • Digital Outreach Expertise: Utilize marketing and email marketing effectively to engage and nurture potential leads.
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through strategic cold calling, targeted emails, and other relevant communication methods.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure business development efforts are aligned with overarching organizational goals.
  • Compelling Material Creation: Assist in the development of persuasive sales presentations, impactful proposals, and engaging marketing collateral.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular and comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights for management review.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies designed to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Persuasive Service Presentation: Present and articulate the value proposition of our services in a clear, compelling, and structured manner.
  • Pipeline Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and diligently maintain a robust client pipeline.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in sales, marketing or business development fields.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with marketing and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Salary:

  • 3 lpa to 5 lpa
