By mergingcloud-native technologies with advanced on-device protection , we are shaping the future of enterprise-grade cybersecurity.This is a unique opportunity to join afast-growing R&D group in Bengaluru , influence core architecture, and make a direct impact on cutting-edge developments powering tomorrow’s secure networks.What You’ll Do:As aTechnical Team Leaderin our Core Network Group, you will: Lead and mentor a team of top-tier engineers to deliverhigh-performance, scalable Core Network-as-a-Service components . Design and writescalable, robust, efficient, and easily maintainable codein C++, C, and Go. Develop and optimizecloud-based networking and distributed systems . Drive design reviews, implement best practices, and encouragecollaborative programming . Innovate in areas such asSASE, CASB, ZTNA, IPSec, and L4–L7 networking . Work hands-on withUnix/Linux internals(kernel, user-space processes, sockets, IPC). Tackle challenges innetworking protocols, routing, tunneling, and secure connectivity . Championquality, performance, and reliabilityin design and delivery. Collaborate in a dynamicmulticultural, agile environment .What We’re Looking For:Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.Experience: 18+ years of software development experience with solid technical depth. 2–3 years ofhands-on technical leadership experienceguiding high-performing engineering teams.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency inC++, C, and Go programming/debugging . Solid experience innetworking protocols (L4–L7), IPSec, SASE, CASB, ZTNA . Strong background inUnix/Linux systems– kernel, sockets, IPC. Knowledge ofdistributed, microservices-based architectures . Understanding ofNoSQL databases(advantage). Familiarity withcloud-native environments(advantage). DevOps mindsetand experience with CI/CD practices (plus).Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication – able to lead with openness and clarity.
