Position Title: Assistant Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage the day-to-day accounting operations,

ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting functions. The role will involve working

closely with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle day-to-day accounting entries in the system (Tally/ERP/SAP/Oracle)

 Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts

 Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions

 Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports

 Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments

 Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes

 Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits

 Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting

 Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules

 Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies

 Prepare data for tax computation and filing

 Monitor compliance timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

 B.Com/M.Com or Semi-qualified CA

 Freshers/2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance

 Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS

 Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets

 Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills

 Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
