Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with our engineers to design, build, and maintain robust internal platforms and product solutions that empower development teams to deliver applications more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive user stories that clearly articulate functional requirements, incorporating key technical aspects such as security, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering team to understand project objectives, gather requirements, design detailed process maps, and manage the scope of projects.
- Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
- Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, process flow, and other key artifacts including requirements, design documents, and system manuals.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, senior management, and the business community.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase, ensuring that the solution delivers what was agreed upon with the stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team, translating technical language to business language and vice versa.
- Ensure that all requirements follow security and compliance controls, including data sovereignty.
- Stay up to date with the latest AWS Cloud services and GitLab technology to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on software development and cloud technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD and version control practices.
- Proficient with Atlassian tools, specifically Confluence and Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps/Platform Engineering practices.
- Relevant certifications in AWS, Business Analysis, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Good to have someone with strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services and understanding of cloud architecture.
Educational Qualification: BTech/BSc/BCA/MTech/MSc/MCA
