Description:About Us:Oben Electric is a pioneering player in the electric mobility sector, focused on delivering high performance, sustainable, and innovative 2-wheeler solutions.Industry Requirement:Mandatory: Entire career in the automobile industry (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler only). Candidates with any experience outside the automobile sector will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 Area Sales Managers across the assigned zone.- Drive sales performance, dealer development, and market expansion.- Achieve zonal sales targets and enhance market share.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.- Conduct regular team reviews, training programs, and market visits.Experience & Skills Required:- 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in the automobile industry.- Proven track record in zonal/regional leadership roles.- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.- Open to extensive travel within the assigned zone.
