Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT shared services team to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT shared services, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications to support shared services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in IT service management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity within the IT shared services team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT service delivery challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive accountability and performance.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on shared services.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large, diverse IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices.
  • Certification in ISO 27001 preferable
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
