Associate Product Manager (APM) AI & Automation

Job Overview:

- As an Associate Product Manager (APM) you ll drive the development of AI-powered automation products across e-commerce marketplaces, digital advertising, and business intelligence.

- This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, marketplace operations (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.), AI-driven automation, and product management best practices.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, refine, and scale AI-driven solutions that optimize online sales, enhance advertising performance, and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI & automation solutions across digital advertising and e-commerce marketplaces

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science and AI teams to develop AI-driven tools that enhance ad performance, automate marketplace operations, and improve sales efficiency

- Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and performance data to refine product features and drive innovation

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product adoption and market fit

- Monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying key areas for improvement and optimization

- Develop clear product documentation, including feature requirements, user stories, and specifications

- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking across AdTech and e-commerce platforms to stay ahead in the industry

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus

- 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in AdTech, e-commerce automation, AI, or data-driven platforms

- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and programmatic advertising

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their applications in digital advertising, automation, and e-commerce

- Work to drive business on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, and understanding of their advertising and operational tools

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities effectively

- Strong communication skills to articulate product ideas, strategies, and technical requirements to various stakeholders

- Experience with product management tools (JIRA) and data analysis tools (SQL ) is a plus
