Key Responsibility (Job Description)
JOB Descriptions:
- Responsible for Driving Business Development and Distribution of financial Products , Retail assets as loan .
- Supervise staff in accordance with company Policies and Procedure .
- Responsible for Channel Management , Team Handling , Staff Hiring , Training and Development .
- Responsible for Branch Profitability , Cross Sales , Successfully Launching of sales Promotions schemes.
- Throughout good knowledge of Risk assessment on MFI Loans and asset based Funding.
- Must be able to asses the Financial analysis , Credit Appraisals and Underwriting along with Strategic Planning .
- Must be able to Make business Strategy to make the Company in good Condition along with profitability.
- Must have Experience of Team Handling along with different Department .
- Monitoring the existing portfolio and maintain the open communication with Project Holders after
- disbursement to ensure that the projects as well as performing all times .
Key Requirements
We are currently looking to hire a Business Head for our organization, and we wanted to share some specific requirements for the role.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in Micro Loans: A strong understanding of the microfinance sector, including the nuances of lending, customer profiling, and risk management.
- Vast experience in MSME Loans: A proven track record in handling loans for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, with a deep understanding of MSME challenges and opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of LAP (Loan Against Property): Familiarity with the fundamentals of LAP products, including collateral evaluation and repayment structures.
- Should be located in NCR region or maximum 3 hours Drive from the city of Hisar in terms of travel time, he should be willing to re locate to hisar as this will be our Head office
- Key Skills Required:
- Operations Management: Strong capability to oversee and streamline branch or organizational operations efficiently.
- Product Development: Experience in designing and developing loan products tailored to customer needs and market trends.
- Target Execution: Ability to achieve business targets while maintaining compliance and profitability.
- Third-Party Tie-Ups: Skill in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with third parties to enhance product offerings and customer outreach with references in the finance and NBFC industry
- We would prefer a candidate who has worked in NBFC’s or has a maximum experience of working with NBFC’s and not Banks
