We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance for a leading electronic manufacturing solutions company in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, preferably with a CA or ICWA qualification, and a strong background in the same or a similar industry.

Key Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.

- Prepare and analysis financial statements, reports, and forecasts to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Cost Management and Profitability:

- Monitor and analysis cost structures and operational expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

- Conduct product cost analysis and margin assessments to maximise profitability.

- Implement and maintain systems to monitor cost control across production and operational activities.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors to support a smooth and efficient audit process.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Cash Flow Management:

- Manage and optimise cash flow to support daily operations and strategic investments.

- Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts and liquidity management strategies.

- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely collection and payment.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making by providing financial insights and scenario analyses.

- Identify opportunities for investments, mergers, and acquisitions that align with the company's strategic goals.
