About the RoleWe are looking for aSenior Creative Strategistwith anagency backgroundwho can lead creative thinking across brands while maintaining a strong eye fordesign quality, visual storytelling, and brand consistency . This role requires someone who not only builds compelling creative strategies but also closely reviews and elevatesdesign outputsto ensure they meet both brand and business objectives. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, account managers, and clients to translate briefs into impactful creative directions and ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and leadend-to-end creative strategiesfor multiple brands across digital and offline platforms. Translate business objectives and client briefs into clearcreative directions, concepts, and mood boards . Review and guidedesign outputs(static, motion, performance creatives, branding assets) to ensure high visual quality, brand consistency, and platform relevance. Collaborate closely withdesign, copy, media, and client servicing teamsto align strategy with execution. Ensure creatives are optimized forperformance marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms . Maintain a strong understanding ofdesign principles, layouts, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy . Provide constructive feedback to designers and copywriters to elevate creative quality. Present creative strategies, concepts, and rationale to clients with confidence. Stay updated withdesign trends, consumer behavior, and platform best practices . Mentor junior strategists and creatives, setting quality benchmarks within the team. Requirements7- 10 years of experiencein a creative strategy role within amarketing/advertising agency . Proven experience working closely withdesign teams and reviewing design outputs . Strong portfolio showcasingcreative strategy, campaigns, and brand-building work . Solid understanding ofdesign fundamentalsand ability to evaluate creative quality. Experience working withe-commerce, FMCG, or lifestyle brandsis a Mandatory. Ability to balancebig-picture thinking with attention to detail . Strong communication and presentation skills for internal teams and clients. Comfortable managing multiple brands and tight timelines in an agency environment.
