At Monk-E, we’re building a culturally-forward creative team, and we’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can think big, crack killer campaign ideas, and shape brand narratives with theIf you can spot a trend before it explodes, pitch ideas that make brands go “hell yes,” and love working in a high-speed, meme-slinging, creator-fueled environment, we want you on our team.What you’ll do: - Develop bold, fresh concepts for branded content, influencer campaigns & IPs - Understand the pulse of the internet and bring that energy into decks, pitches, and strategies that WIN AND ONLY WIN - Be the strategic brain behind some of the most culturally resonant brand movesWhat we’re looking for: - 2–4 years in a creative or strategy role at an agency, studio, or brand-side (branded content or influencer space) - Solid grasp on pop culture, creators, and internet behavior/ A strong POV on what works in culture, and why - You think in big ideas, not just pretty decks - Great taste, sharper decks, and a hunger to break the clutter - The ability to think fast, pitch faster, and still land with depthBonus points if: - You’ve worked on creator-led campaigns - Manage of team of writers, thinkers and strategists - You write well, think in slides, and can lead a room with your narrativeSend your portfolio or a campaign you’re proud of tocareers@monk-e.inwith subject: Here's your best creative strategistLocation- Mumbai (Andheri west)
