Profile: Manager - Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of extensive experience in end-to-end sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the Digital Marketing and IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

- Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners and work closely with them to develop new strategies to improve sales and revenue.

- Proactively engage in industry-specific events, enhancing business relationships, thereby identifying and capitalizing on revenue opportunities for the company.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation, bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, PPC

- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Must have experience in drafting RFP, business proposal to win the projects

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and delivery, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales processes and Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Demonstrated track record in successful sales of IT services is essential, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead generation.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
