the Role:We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Head to lead the HR function for our new Greenfield manufacturing facility in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to end-to-end Plant HR operations, Industrial Relations, and strategic HR initiatives within a manufacturing setup. This is an exciting opportunity to build HR systems, policies, and culture from the ground up as the company expands its Strategic & Operational HR- Lead the overall HR strategy for the new Greenfield plant aligned with organizational goals.- Set up HR processes, systems, and compliance frameworks for the new manufacturing facility.- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organization design, and talent Talent Management & Development- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives for plant employees.- Drive employee engagement, training, and retention programs to foster a performance-driven culture.- Build leadership and technical competencies through targeted learning Industrial Relations & Compliance- Manage employee relations and union interactions (if applicable) to ensure a harmonious work environment.- Ensure adherence to all statutory and labor law compliances.- Liaise with government and statutory bodies as People Leadership- Lead and mentor a team of 7 HR professionals across core HR, IR, and administrative functions.- Promote a culture of ownership, integrity, and collaboration within the HR Compensation & Benefits- Oversee payroll management, performance appraisals, and reward systems for the plant workforce.- Recommend and implement compensation structures aligned with market and company Experience & Qualifications:- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent (preferably from a reputed institute).- Minimum 12+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Plant HR in a manufacturing setup.- Proven experience in setting up HR systems for Greenfield/Brownfield projects is an advantage.- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.- Ability to work closely with business leaders and handle complex IR and people matters effectively.
