About the role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Manager to join our dynamic international business team.

- The ideal candidate will lead strategic projects, scale new geographies, handle demand planning, and conduct competitor analysis.

- They will keep a close track of international markets to identify trends and new opportunities, while also being responsible for P&L management.

- This role demands exceptional problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a proven track record in strategic initiative planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

Market Strategy and Expansion:


- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, develop and implement.

- Market entry strategies, conduct market research to understand consumer needs and the competitive landscape.

Business Development:


- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and clients, negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships, monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Operational Excellence:


- Oversee demand planning, supply chain, and distribution processes, ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in each market, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and market operations.

Financial Management:


- Develop and manage budgets for international operations, monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets, prepare regular reports on market performance and business outcomes, deliver top-line and bottom-line growth.

Team Leadership:


- Mentor and guide junior team members, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, and lead cross-functional projects to drive business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualification:

- MBA from a Tier 2-3 College.

- 3-4 years of experience with top-tier consulting firms or high-impact startups (MBB preferred).

- International business experience is a plus.

- Proven track record in high-impact roles within fast-paced start-ups.

- Strong understanding of international business operations and market dynamics.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Proficiency in data analysis and financial management.

- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
