Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Lead / Engineering Manager to join our team. This individual will bring strong leadership capabilities combined with deep technical expertise in modern programming languages like Go (Golang), React.js, and Python. You will be responsible for technical architecture, solutioning, and overseeing end-to-end service delivery, while also managing development and support teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery - from planning and development through to deployment, support, and iterative improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements in alignment with business goals.
- Provide hands-on guidance during design and code reviews; act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Oversee the support and maintenance of applications, ensuring proper issue resolution, uptime, and client satisfaction.
- Define and enforce software development best practices and agile delivery processes.
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and support staff to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to create reliable and scalable systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development and delivery.
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience, including managing developers and support teams.
- Proficient in at least two of the following : Go (Golang), Node.js, Python.
- Strong experience in software architecture, system design, and solutioning for complex applications.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience in managing service delivery lifecycles and support operations (L1/L2/L3).
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern CI/CD practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise environment.
- Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, GCP Cloud Engineer) is a plus.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
- Familiarity with incident management and ITIL-based service support processes.
