IT Specialist – Infrastructure

• You have strong working knowledge of Office 365 Cloud Apps and Entra
• You have strong working knowledge of configuring Office 365 app policies
• You have strong working knowledge of Windows Server
• You have working experience of on-prem infrastructure (Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Networking equipment etc.)
• You are able to deliver outstanding customer services.
• You have experience of working in a service desk team
• You keep current with the latest technologies and best practices with regards to IT operations and security.
• You understand both physical and online security.

Role

• Daily administration of Microsoft O365
• Daily administration of Microsoft Entra
• Assisting with Backups
• Daily administration of Servers (Physical + VMs)
• 3rd line support escalation point
• Assistance with IT Infrastructure projects (e.g. on-prem hardware/software/security/365 projects)
• Creating Policies / Procedure Documentation
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to ensure security criteria’s are being upheld

Technical requirements

• Microsoft O365 Administration (InTune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Auto Pilot, Teams etc.)
• Microsoft Entra Administration
• Windows Server Administration
• VMWare / Hyper-V Administration
• Network Administration
• Windows 11
• Backups + Disaster Recovery
• Proficient in scripting / automation (PowerShell)

Experience

• Microsoft O365
• Physical Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network Equipment)
• Backups + Disaster Recovery
• PowerShell
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Experience of working in a support team and being an escalation point

Essential Criteria

• Good command of the English language
• Current Passport for travel.
• 3-5 Years of experience in IT Infrastructure / 3rd Line Support
