Job Details

Position: Team Lead – Sales

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Work from office

Experience Level: 5+ years in Fintech or a related field

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive Sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and align efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Sales team by setting clear sales targets, providing coaching and mentorship, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent goal achievement. Own the P&L for the assigned region or industry and coordinate with relevant teams for operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to generate and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and refine sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide timely, detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities to senior leadership.
  • Track business-related invoices
  • Aid in hiring the right talent and building a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in Sales management with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to craft data-driven sales strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) to manage workflows and reporting efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
