- You will be the face of the company, representing its products to potential clients.

In this role you will be :

- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.

- Leading and managing a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives.

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, resellers and partners to drive business growth and secure new opportunities.

- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.

- Monitoring industry trends and staying updated on market competition to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Managing the existing quota and building on it to grow the revenue and increase the clientele

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.

- 5+ years of mandatory experience in the Middle East as a primary region.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively present and sell the company's product.

- In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to motivate and inspire the sales team.

- Demonstrated collaboration with marketing, customer success and product peers.

- Analytical and strategic thinking to develop data-driven sales strategies and make informed business decisions.

- Ability to perform in fast paced startup environment.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or technology. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
