A true partner→ Customers feel heard because their feedback and needs are brought directly into Chargebee’s product direction.What You Bring 8+ years in atechno-functional role(TSM, Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales Engineer, etc.). Comfort working withAPIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations . Enthusiasm with AI. Understanding ofsubscription and payment operations(chargebacks, declines, reconciliation) or ability and interest to be a self learner on these concepts. Strong communicator who can translate technical details for both developers and executives. A track record of enabling customer outcomes like adoption, retention, or expansion.Location : India-based with hybrid flexibility.
