Until now, we have served clients from 172 countries and regions with our trustworthy services and well-built trading systems.To learn more about our company, please visit our website: https://www.ultimamarkets.com.Responsibilities:- Establish and set up the India office, including infrastructure, operations, and compliance. - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success. - Drive the sales and marketing strategy in India, ensuring performance KPIs and revenue targets are achieved. - Develop and execute local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and other key stakeholders. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market. - Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.Requirements:- Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market. - A well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry, with the ability to inspire trust and represent the company with credibility. - Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals. - Deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations, and the operational needs of sales teams. - Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus). - Willingness and ability to travel frequently. - Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
