Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the product management of Reporting and Analytics capabilities for the Masterworks platform, focusing on building scalable, market-driven solutions that address the needs of public sector agencies in North America.
- Define the product roadmap and strategy for reporting and analytics features, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the product management team, engineering, and UX design to develop robust, user-friendly reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics features.
- Prioritize product enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis, focusing on long-term product capabilities rather than individual customer-specific requests.
- Ensure product scalability, performance, and data accuracy to meet the market's evolving needs.
- Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and analytics to continually evolve the product's capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus from a premium institute.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on reporting and analytics.
- Experience in managing SaaS products, focusing on delivering market-driven solutions rather than custom implementations.
- Experience in the B2B sector, ideally with products targeting the construction or public sector
- Proficiency in SQL, data warehouse architecture, and data integration methods.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and big data solutions.
- Hands-on experience with product management tools and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data integration methodologies for reporting purposes.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team engagement.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to think strategically about product scalability and market requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance various product demands.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Hard Skills:
- Experience in product management with a focus on reporting and analytics features.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e. , Power BI, Tableau, etc. ) and understanding of analytics best practices.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
- Experience in building reporting tools and analytics for SaaS products.
