Job Title: Production Executive (Pharma)

Location: Daman

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Experience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical production

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality
  • Monitor and control production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material usage
  • Lead, train, and supervise the production team to achieve performance goals
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address production issues and improve workflows
  • Review BMR, BPR, Master Formula Records, and Master Packing Records
  • Prepare SOPs for manufacturing and packing; provide SOP training to subordinates and new joiners
  • Ensure compliance during regulatory audits, inspections, and internal quality audits
  • Maintain strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharma manufacturing processes
